Duke Road Facility:
Sharing important information
Shortly before the CCNA meeting at the end of February, residents were notified of a request for a Conditional Use Permit for a care facility at 319 Duke Road. At the meeting, the CEO of Roaring Brook Recovery, Victor Rivera, was present to give more information about the facility, and he took questions from neighborhood residents.
Since that time, the LFUCG Board of Adjustment hearing has been postponed at the facility’s request to April 13th. Concerned residents may attend, or make their thoughts known ahead of time. More details on the Board are here.
CCNA takes no position on the proposed Conditional Use Permit for 319 Duke, but we want to promote communication and education about matters that will affect our residents.
Here is some additional information being provided by various parties on this matter. CCNA has not verified the accuracy of any claims, but presents this as a resource for neighbors to consider.
